Known Bugs And Their Workarounds

B: When you use ChgPos for a pitcher the substitution type is "Defensive" when it should be "Relief Pitcher".

W: Select relief pitcher from the popup in the Substitution Dialog.

B: Player number 0 is not supported. It is always shown as '00'.

W: Use '00' where you would '0'.

B: The totals errors for a team is incorrect and you can't fix it.

W: Non reproducible situations have come up where the number of errors charged to a team became incorrect. These are likely related to removing an event that charges an error to a team. Send the game to support@carryware.com and we'll fix the error total for you. If you find a repeatable procedure that creates this problem, please let us know and we'll fix the problem. We have not been able to recreate it in house.

B: It's A Hit! Conduit appears to be backing up the entire database every time and takes a long time once I have several games in my Palm Device.

W: This is true. We recommend that you only store 3-4 games at most at any time in your Palm Device and make sure to back them up to both your hard disk and some removable media as well. You can always reload games back into your Palm Device by moving them into the file Current.gms and Hot Syncing.

B: There is no menu item to advance a runner on a HBP (hit by pitch).

W: Use the asterisk (*) menu item and enter HBP manually.

B: If you delete a game with the Pro Version of the Palm application then choose the Hot Sync option Handeld Overwrite Desktop the deleted games appear in the Current.gms set.

W: Delete them using 'Delete From Current' once this happens.
